I think it was DK35Vince that made a modification of his loader by changing the brackets some. Maybe Vince will chime in and point out that thread so you may see what he did.
I know there were a few models that had this problem. Some are bothered by it, others are not. John

Thanks for the info John. If he doesn't chime in, I'll send him a PM. I figured there was someone that actually took the time to find a solution.

I also like the idea of making some brackets that could be added/removed depending on the need for the self leveling loader.

John,
I made a few changes to my 1450 loaders bucket linkage to gain some roll back power.
I did not gain any roll back angle (although I probably could have if I wanted to).

Yes, I think I screwed that up once before. I guess because most people have complained about the angle, not the power, I have it stuck in my thick head! Thanks for the correction, John

I have noticed a loss of roll back angle between a pin on bucket and a QA.

Must be they designed around a pin on and the QA changes the goemetery.

If the quick attach brackets have less roll back angle, I would really hate them. I am directly pinned now and my roll back angle is just pathetic. At 3/4 bucket full, I lose material when hitting the slightest bump. On the other hand, my dump angle is way more than enough for me.

Vince,

I love the new bracket idea. Did you use trial and error to get it right or did you have something to go on?? I'm sure the measurements are too different between the 55 and 35 for me to use a copy of your measurements. I'm going to try to make some new brackets for my loader. Hopefully, I can do something to gain roll back power and angle. I could stand to lose some dump angle.

Thanks for the info guys!!!

I used trial and error. The first set of brackets I made were not curved enough and were hitting the bottom bucket pins .
Got them much better on the second try /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I made my new brackets 3" longer than the stock brackets and added another set of pins. I also moved my bucket pins up 3" to give it more leverage to gain some rollback power.
I did lose some dump angle, but like you I had more than enough dump angle to start with.
I made the changes to my brackets/bucket pins to gain some rollback power and it seems to have helped.

Yes indeed the 1595 self leveling loader is an imbarrsament. I complained fron day one to Kioti and my dealer and he got me a Woods loader, which actually makes the tractor functional, for free. Make noise to your dealer and Kioti, every one knows these loaders suck.

gmol,

Can you tell me who to contact at Kioti that might be able to help?? I bought my tractor at a dealership in Northeast Texas. I would like to discuss any options that might be available. I would even be willing to pay a little to get a different loader.

How do you like the new loader? What model is it? Does it perform like you would expect?

Thanks for the info. This site rocks!!!
