When first started, does the coolant come up to pressure before it warms up? if so, bad news: cracked head or blown head gasket. Milky oil also tells the same story. Is your coolant low after every use? then it is the same diagnosis: cracked head or blown head gasket.
On startup you will see a little white smoke that is water vapor, but once up to temp, that goes away unless it is cold outside. Alternatively, leaking, dirty injectors can be the cause of some smoke and especially so when warming up when the engine requires a richer mixture.
That said, if you are smoking to the point where friends, family and neighbors are pointing at your tractor as the source of smog in China, then yeah, you have a cracked head, or a blown head gasket, or the deck or head are warped leading to a head gasket failure or the injectors are so bad that it is time to pull them and bench test them.
Good luck.
