DK4510 cold weather start issue

Not sure it would have been covered in PT warranty, and the 3 year bumper to bumper is over. Also, I had to consider that the last time I had a warranty repair through the dealer, it took 3 months to get a part. Happy to pay $90 to have it fixed.
