DK45SE HST FED won't Engage

I have a Bobcat CT335 (similar to the DK35) with HST drive and have noticed a few times when I disengage the the front wheel drive (FWD light does go off) that it doesn't always fully disengage until I move forward a distance. Then it in disengages with a noticeable clunk. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so what was involved in fixing it. By reading the above I have clearer idea what actually process engages/disengages the front wheel drive but still looking for some incites into fixing my issue.

Are you disengaging while stopped or while moving? Has it always done this since new? Are you engaging 4WD while moving? If so, you should be stopped completely before engaging 4WD or damage may occur.

I've got a couple hundred hours on this tractor and I never noticed this happening till just recently. I've always come to a full stop before engaging the FWD. Since I noticed this issue, I've been reversing a short distance prior to/or post shifting from FWD which helps with disengagement. I'm hoping its just an adjustment to the solenoid or maybe a poor wiring connection, but I've had no luck actually finding the solenoid and I'm starting to wonder if its housed inside the transmission housing.

A couple of additional questions: Is this tractor under warranty? If so, contact your dealer; if not I suggest re-posting in a new thread- here in the Kioti section, (or in Bobcat section), and see what answers you gain from a fresh thread addressing your specific issue, which is somewhat different than the OP who started this thread.
Basic start at the beginning question: have you checked the axle fluid and made sure it is at the proper level in your front axle?
I doubt the solenoid is buried in the transmission, but I could be wrong.
Someone here should be able to verify location....
If you don't have a local dealer you could contact Rick Wallace of Wallace Tractor, a former Kioti dealer, now a Bobcat dealer. He knows his stuff and is well liked on TBN. He should be able to get you any parts you might need and tell you where to locate the solenoid for the 4WD.
