Since it is working until the evaporator freezes it has enough freon. There are usually 2 pressure switchs and a relay in the system. Both switchs are usually mounted on a refrigerant line, one before and one after the compressor. A high pressure switch may actually be mounted on the compressor and protects the system from high pressure. The low pressure switch cycles the compressor. Both switches, on most systems, feed a relay that controls the compressor. If the relay sticks it will cause the compressor to stay engaged all of the time. Check the clutch by disconnecting the battery to see if the clutch releases (rotate the clutch by hand). Some relays are fed by battery current and are hot all of the time, even with the key in the off position. If it releases there is probably a stuck relay in the system somewhere, usually in the fuse panel. Some of the new automotive systems also use a computer to control the A/C depending on input from various sensors. I'm not familiar with the Kioti system, but I doubt that there is a computer used for A/C control.
