Tires DK55 Frontend

My DK55 has 99 hrs. Today while I was greasing it to load some dirt I noticed that the right hub would not take grease. Then I noticed there was a large gap between the hub cap and the arm that goes down to the right wheel. I took some pictures and call the dealer mech. and he said he would have to get it into the shop to look it over. I had to get a recker service to take it for me. The dealer mech. called me later to tel me the part that the grease fitting goies into was bent an needed to be replaced. He also said he didn't know if Kioti would cover it under warranty or not. The tractor has not been abused. I have haled som dirt an pushed over a few small trees. The mech. agreed that it did not appear to have been abused. I wonder if others have had this problem. I will try to upload some pictures.

my dk55c is a 2005 model, and just after i bought it i had to take it back in for a warranty upgrade to the front hubs. The new ones were a lot more heavy duty in appearance. I will have to look at mine, as I have about 200 hrs and a lot of heavy lifting.

Found out today from dealer shop manager that my 2011 has a front end that was supposed to have been upgraded because of a defect from late 2006. He could not answer why they were still using these old units, but he has the upgraded parts in hand and will have my tractor ready next week.
