The reality is no matter what we idiots tell you what your options are, the added reality is YOU have to pay a laywer that practices in YOUR state to tell you what to do.

He did not ask for a survey, so I don't think you can charge him for it. He did not agree to any terms of storage so you should not charge for that. You can ask him to move the container and give him notice.

I think some very sound advise have been given to the OP, one more may apply, "dont get your panties bunched until you speak to a real attorney, something down there may get caught in the bunching and cut blood flow off to your testies"!
