Better check your local regs on farm use. Here, farm use is 5 acres but 10 acres is needed for tree farming.

I took delivery on my 2210 in April, FEL, 54"MMM and can't understand how I got along so long without it. It truly was worth the $$ and has far exceeded my expectations. I look forward to getting a snowblower and box scraper soon.
