Just bought a new 2013 Mahindra 4025 - 2wd FEL. This is my first tractor and first diesel engine.
My main concern is keeping the fuel pump working as long as possible.
From what I have read the new low sulfur diesel does not have enough lubricity (sp) that is required by the fuel pump (Bosche).
Does this apply to the newer model tractors as well?
I would think the manufacturers would design the motors to work with the new diesel.
I've also read about adding the 2 cycle oil 1:200 ratio but still question if this applies to newer tractors.
Is the 2 cycle oil the wally brand Super Tech TC-W3 Outboard 2-Cycle Oil?
I am basically curios to see if anyone is doing this successfully?
Thanks in advance for any and all info.
