If they were in fact bad, it is good to see them exposed.

Sounds like not only did they not meet the SAE spec for the advertised product but they were also ripping off consumers by shorting the quantity in the bottle. An ounce or two from each bottle would sure make the profits soar for the manufacturer.

Sounds like warranty nightmares for consumers. Not only is the oil not to spec, you're not running "full" when you put in your 4 or 5 quarts.
