Do Tractor Co\'s Visit This Site?

Does anyone have any evidence that the customer relations departments, or product design departments, or others from Deere, New Holland or Kubota monitor this site and listen to what (some of) their customers are doing, saying? Or perhaps it is only their competitors that do?

Given the number of people who cruise through the forum as they shop, I would think alertness to what is being said here would be valuable...but do we have any indication that the internet is actually accomplishing this?

Over the years that question has been asked at times and as far as I know, none of the manufactures have made themselves visible. There are a number of dealers and people working for dealerships that have shared information with us. I wish we had more.

I agree that it would be a great tool for the manufactures. I also bet a few of them look in now and then to see what is being said.

Visit - Yes.
Participate as manufacturer reps - Not that I know of.

The companies would be very foolish if they didnt have some staff person monitoring this site and CTB and reporting significant trends or developments to management. Most companies I know, as clients, monitor websites in their core product areas.
