Do you detail your Tractor ?

Don't get my meaning confused - I think its great that some choose to geek over whatever, car,boat, tractor, etc. - I'm trying to understand how one finds the time to do so. It has to take a tremendous amount of time to get things looking so good, yes?
How does one find the time and still get things done with the actual tractor is what I'm asking.

Two possibilities come to mind. An old guy I once knew used to say, "You can always make time for the things that are important to you."

The second possibility is that some guys just don't have a life!

My wife does most of the washing but I help too. She spent most of her life on
a Dairy until '03, on a Dairy you cleaned or you let the poop eat up your equipment.
She and her late Father always managed to find the time to wash things rather
than replace more often. About the only things we don't wash is the Manure
Spreader, it has a wood bottom and sides, it just gets scraped off with a
hoe and trowel, the silage wagon doesn't get washed it's wood also and you
don't wash a Grinder Mixer or a Round Baler, they just get a good blow
down but pretty much everything else gets baths when they need it. You
just make time. We haven't washed the new Kubota yet but it needs a
bath already, the dealer did a lousy job of washing it and we've gotten it
pretty dusty already.

I'm a redneck. I detailed my tractor yesterday......I let it sit in the rain to knock the dust off before I put it in the garage.

After doing some mowing today with the new tractor, figured I'd knock the dust off of it, and got kinda carried away. Next thing I know I was in full detail mode. See for yourself.

That's so clean and shiny I'd hate to get it dirty. I'm the same way, but don't have much time to get mine that polished. Nice job.

Out here a Corvette is useless. But nicely waxed and detailed tractor drives the farm babes wild. Whatever it takes.

My tractors are my tractors. I had left mine out for washing earlier this week and only had light drizzle. While I was gone had major rain and I was gone so couldn't get them out and in line for a good cleaning.
