Well you have everyone's support here on the tractor forum. Be proactive in pushing your dealer to expedite repair, or find a new dealer for service.

yes, agree, in person 3 times a day is proactive and assertive. Powersports Dealer just literally puts hands in air and says nothing he can do. I'm at wits end so I think legal support is warranted.

thank you for support, and everyone for listening to my venting...
Erik

As I had mentioned, I bought a Subaru from them, wife went in for service, picked it up, on way home front wheel almost fell off, wheel, rim, car damaged - their response, are you sure we did it? This happens once in awhile, they get busy and miss torque'n the wheel, no big thing we'll take care of it, also had a GMC 2500HD, incapable of setting air pressure correctly, could not set TPMS, grease all over inside. oil cap not replaced - we're sorry we'll take care of it, obviously we never went back - thankfully I did not buy my Kioti there - by the way the owner is seldom there, not sure who you're talking with - They shut down GMC but still have dealerships in southern NH and ME - did you call Jon Parks Tractor in Lancaster - great family business been there since 1984, knows the line, his daughter works the front he and his son work the shop / sales - call him or drop in and see him they have worked on a lot of Profile Problems.... Jon, Tiffany and Goobie - Saturday's they are there 8AM - 4PM, as far as Orchard Hill down in Beclhertown, MA Ed Kirby and his family are great people, also know the line and resolve problems - you do not have a Kioti problem you have a dealer problem....

I may be time to have an attorney involved in this matter.

That and BBB . Also if I was forced to go the attorney route I would ask the attorney if we could get the opposing partie(s) to pay the legal fee's .
Also I would ask attorney about the legalities of hauling tractor on trailer and parking near dealership with signs asking people why you can't recommend the dealership , and call tv media for attention . You wanna bust my chops I will do my darnest to bust your's also . My thoughts arent about any color tractor in particular , it wouldnt matter if it was a new Long , Montana or Jimna . BTW I not defending OP but he has over 40 post here on TBN , not one hit wonders which we see here and there .

However this is settled to the OP please post end results , remember you don't have to be a member on this site to read whats been posted . Hopefully its gets resolved soon in a professional and peaceful manner .

Sorry to hear your tractors been there six weeks , has a loaner been offered ? I don't know if thats a common practice ? (loaner)

Posted the issue on Kioti FB page and it was removed in a few minutes....
Kioti messaged me via their FB page and said they did call the Dealer and it is in the Dealers hands.
I just called the Dealer and he said they have not heard from Brian....or Joel
When I call Kioti now it goes to voicemail :) good to have caller ID I guess, I need to block my # now.
I emailed customer relations @ kioti.
I emailed Marketing @ kioti.
I asked my FB network if anyone knows execs at Kioti or Daedong.
I also posted a forewarned ad on Craigs List in Raleigh NC calling out Kioti, Brian and Joel to 'do the right thing'
SO much social media so much time to talk about my experience....

thanks
Erik

Hi - I asked for a loaner 2 weeks ago and was told they do not do that. Its a small town, so you can imagine word travels fast...and the local paper is easy to get a hold of. It's just wrong all around. I'll make noise as this needs to be heard by current owners and more so by potential Kioti buyers... maybe this is the one in a million issue, if it were that's ok, but the overall lying and lack of customer respect, support on both sides is really bad. It's not one person bad, this is the kind of stuff you experience that is inherent in how a company operates, what is tolerated, etc. both the dealer and Kioti.
I appreciate you chiming in.
I will continue to post updates and end results. :)
thank you
Erik

I called Kioti HQ while in the dealer office and they said that they did call the dealer yesterday, and the dealer said they are lying.
Did you hand the phone to the dealer while you had corporate on?

Did you reply to Corporate stating that the dealer is refuting their claims of contact?

Update July 31, 2020 6 PM EST
Hi,
When you call Kioti Customer Service they act only as a go between to Product Support - so the guy at Kioti Customer Service just kept saying I'll tell Product Support, he repeated himself several times, and you're right, I probably should have said "here talk to him" while at the Dealer Customer Service desk...

My ranting to several outlets seems to be working as Brian did call Powersports and discussed the potential issues again. At this point they still cannot solve the issue (3 pt hitch won't go up or down) and initial problem it was brought in for 'the jumping' while Woods BB720 is attached (bad MEC Valve, detected, replaced, not solving issue).

So, Friday 6 pm Brian is now talking to the service manager and all the techs are gone until next Tuesday morning. They were reviewing all the simple things and triple checking the stupid stuff, to no avail, they are still stumped. So now I await to hear what the next step will be. Next week marks 7 weeks.

thanks again all,
Erik
