We have a new 3500 dually with the under bed gooseneck prep package, it has safety chain hooks that lock into the two rear pucks that we also use as extra tie down points when not towing. By design they don’t fit the front two pucks, does anyone make hooks that fit the front?

I wasn't aware that the front two were different. I've never had my front covers off since I only have a gooseneck ball with the safety chain tie downs that I installed in the rear holes. Seems odd that they made them different, but maybe it is bad to hook the safety chains in front so they didn't want anyone to accidentally do that.

I found this reference to front hooks but I think they actually answered it incorrectly. Might want to call them at eTrailer and see what they say. Or try posting at one of the Dodge/Ram forums.

From doing a bunch of searching, I found that the ones for the Fords are suppose to work in the front holes on dodge, I will be trying a set soon and report back. As for the two different size holes on dodge, I ran across basically the same thing about them not recommending safety chains used on the front holes, they are used to lock down the front two mounting points on full frame type hitch for a fifth wheel or gooseneck plate system.
