Box Scraper Doe anyone know who the manufacturer is

I picked up this scraper for not too.much money. I've been trying to find out who built it. The only thing it has on it are some unreadable letters. I see potential in it.
BTW, I am a previous member of this site but I guess it was long enough ago that I've lost the email I used to use. I had to re-register.

Looks almost shop fabbed. The scarifier pockets are something I've haven't seen on a drag scraper, but could be added to any scraper.
