One day the weather muggy and hot 9 degress and today its 65 degress w/ a cool wind,me complain...naaa/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

They say its the jet stream,/w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gifbut I say I don't know../w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif.. oh well.

I guess the good side is gas went down 2 cents $1.56.9 per gallon and i still have pleanty of coffee also a nice lady....geeze I might just take a ride past a New Holland dear./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Thomas, you're really trying to rub it in, aren't you?/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif It was 104 here yesterday afternoon (and I was out working in the shop where it was only 96). Today is supposed to hit 105 (and I'm not out in the shop like I need to be because it's over 100 in there)./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

However, I filled the car with gas yesterday for $1.219 a gallon./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Thomas, oddly enough, since I have a total electric house, and pretty well insulated, the bill doesn't vary that much for heating or cooling; $172 a month average this year (high of $207 and low of $151), and $15 a month of that is just because I have two meters (I have my shop building and barn on a separate meter).

I heard with the right condition 1inch of rain equals 7 inches of snow...could this be true?/w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif

Thomas, I'd heard it "normally" took about 10" of snow to equal 1" of rain, but of course, it varies; depending on whether it's a cold dry powder or a damp snow.

Around here they say about 12" of snow = 1" of rain but it be different if the snow is the heavy wet stuff.

If they are saying this is a normal summer well than they should check the fields water table,electirc companies for non use of a/c and the fuel companies are starting to deliver heating oil./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

Bird if what you say is true..1" equals about 10" plus the snow drifts I'll be a little ground hog come early spring,/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif oh well can't stop mother nature but sure can conplain about her./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
