Oil & Fuel Does anyone have a diagram of Mahindra 1533 engine schematic?

I had water in fuel. Drained it out, added additive to new fuel. Primed pump, tractor ran for two hours. Had to stop work for the evening and went back yesterday and it would run for about a minute or two with smoke blasting out again and shut off it or I shut it off. I have moved recently and can’t find my manual. I hate to go through dealership if it can be avoided. I can do a little bit on the tractor but not much. Can’t find a handy man to help me.

Found the manual and did more research. I feel like I am in college again but now I am working on my tractor. I made another post hoping that you can spread your knowledge with me. Thank you.

You said you had water in the fuel. Did you replace the fuel filter when you drained the fuel? Any chance you have bio stuff growing in the tank?

Bottom line, I think you still have contaminant in the fuel. I had a 5 gallon jug of diesel given to me. Guy said all was good... well, it wasn't and the tractor would not run right.. Would come up in RPMS smoke gray smoke, then flutter down.. sometimes die and sometimes run for a few. I could not do any work nor could I move the machine. I got all of the bad fuel out and then things went back to normal.

Sounds to me like you are having a similar problem.

Hello Bruce. Yes sounds the same. I have drained it two more times. And it was pure diesel today. I think the main filter is filled with that yellow slime that came out. I have used it a couple of days after my original post but it was a no go today. So I cleaned out fuel again and washed it.
