Does anyone have a Super C or other Farmall with duals?

Does anyone here have a Farmall Super C or any other Farmall with duals on it? Maybe you've seen one? The umbrella is a hot day option.

Here's my tractor

Here's what I'm thinking about.

Has anyone here done this or know anything about it? I only use this tractor for tractor drives or to pull other equipment around the yard. It will only see dirt if I find mounted cultivators or planter.
It should be easy since your Super C has bar axles, so if you move your current wheels in enough (may have switch the dish inwards) and add another set of wheels as duals. Just make sure the two tires don’t rub together.

Note your wheel weights should be mounted on the inside wheel.

I have 3-140s. Duals would eliminate you from plowing 4 foot rows.

That's OK. It will never see dirt. Just tractor rides with a bunch of old guys and parades with a bunch of young kids.

Axle length is most important, as Super C's had 3 different axle lengths available. Yours look fairly long, so it should be doable.

If you zoom in on this picture, you'll notice this person reversed the wheels with clamps to the outside, and tires on the inside of the wheels which should set the tires in as far as possible. The outside wheels & tires were put on as they normally are.

You'd probably have to set your fenders in and adapt you're umbrella brackets to fit.

The wheels shouldn't be all that expensive. Last Fall when at Gene's recycling at Attica, OH. I saw some laying in what I'd consider the scrap pile, as I doubt not too many people are looking for them. Tires, tubes and rims will be the expensive part.

Right now, I'd have to guess the best bet for finding all those parts in one place is to call Charm Tractor. Word is, he's planning on building a Bed & Breakfast on the property where the salvage tractors are now setting. Last Fall on Black Friday there were several C's/Super C's setting up there with at least the rear wheels, seems a couple were still on tires, but a lot can change in 6 months as to what is left. Only takes a phone call to find out.

Good post and picture. I was thinking I'd have enough room with the wheels set as they are. Maybe turn the duals with the dish facing out would work. I know the guys at Mast so will give them a call. My fenders are set all the way in and I think the wheels are as well. I think the duals would fit.

No way I'm buying new tires for what it would cost. I have to buy things for a good price.
