Does anyone have experience with the 4105?

I'm in north east Ohio, and priced a 4105 as follows:
4105 tractor
R4 tires
300CX loader
73" heavy duty bucket
Ballast box

Total delivered price $20,925.00

It specs in at:
40 HP engine@2800 RPM (a little fast to get that rating IMO)
32.5 HP PTO
3 Cyl. turboed Yanmar engine (91.5 cu in)
Engine torque 59.2 @ 2800 RPM
2 Range hydro drive (not eHydro)
14.8 GPM hydro pump output
3 PT. Lift capacity 2200 @ 24" behind link arms
Weight 2987
Wheelbase 68"
14.7" clearance
MFWD standard

I did not get to drive it as the dealer was installing the loader when I was there. I suspect they are pushing the engine a little to get the 40 HP rating, but then the 3720 specs at 44 engine HP so who knows. Not a bad tractor from the looks of it, but no fold-able ROPS was a big deal to me (I have many trees).

Thanks so much for the detailed breakdown

The 4105 seems like a good bang for the buck.

Sounds like you are a bit concerned with the high specific power, and I am too. I just kind of shrug it off, because a lot of other things usually go wrong before the engine. And Yanmar is such an old reliable engine maker that I trust them as much as any.
