Not sure if this might help, but there is a knob below the front edge of the seat that controls the speed at which the 3 point arms drop on the XJ2025h, so I would wonder if the adjustment would impact the implement coming off the ground when going over a depression.
Related, but expensive and complex, I noticed a 3 point "down force" hydraulic attachment some months back. It had it's own electric hydraulic pump and I assume that it should be possible to tap the tractor hydraulic line that powers the backhoe to simplify this install if one needed 3 point downforce.
