I've got the wires reconnected properly and the tractor starts and runs. The last two wires were for the fuel pump. They were tucked away under the rear of the engine. These were the two I believe had new connectors and wire extensions from the previous owner. I didn't see them right away cause they were hiding under the engine.

I have brown wires (lights) and two black wires (??) still disconnected. The black wires don't have power on them, but as long as the mower runs and performs properly, I'm satisfied.
