The OP may have used RV anti-freeze (propylene glycol) rather than automotive (ethylene Glycol) and not know that it was not toxic which is why the dog didn't die or suffer any ill effects.
I have to agree with MMagis that the risk is very low that one would have a leak on concrete that he couldn't dispose of the product or at least move the tractor to a dirt area and keep an eye on it till the spill was absorbed should he encounter a tire with automotive antifreeze. Lots of folks use WSW fluid that has methanol in it which is also very toxic if consumed (remember the old prohibition days when folks would drink rubbing alcohol and go blind)
