Doh! Moment...

My my chev PU went through the St. Helens ash. After a total rebore, grind, new pistons, bearings, etc. I twisted a bolt off in the block while installing the water pump. Okay, drill and easy out.

Broke drill bit in the bolt. End of bit not sticking out of hole and stuck in there.

After a couple hours of a liberal application of bloody sweat I finally managed to get the piece out usign a dental pick.
