Been working on the tractor, getting ready to install my second remote, and running the lines to the front hydraulics.:thumbsup:

I had removed the seat, seat pan, and cover over the rear remote levers. Forecast was for a bit of rain and snow flurries, so I just threw a tarp over it.:confused3:

We now have about 1.5 feet of snow on the ground :cool2:with more coming down. We need the snow bad for irrigation water so I am not complaining.

Now the delima - do I re install the seat in the snow, or just fire up the Big JD snow blower. Either way it will be cold :confused2::laughing:

Cold- yes, comfortable would be my choice.

Delima solved. Fired up the big JD snow blower, only to find gas dripping out of the carb and elsewhere. Strange when I check it last fall it was fine. I always run the carb dry between uses - probably caused the problem.

Note to self - change fuel lines after 8 years. It ran fine, just leaked and flooded itself (stuck float).

The Sun came out just long enough for me to get the seat back in - only used 4 bolts, but it worked. This was a very wet and heavy snow.
