The replacement was delivered yesterday afternoon, .008 under size. better under than over, I can ream to size.

Lately I've been buying DOM and CDS (cold drawn seamless...I think) slightly undersized (ID) and reaming it. I purchased the HF adjustable reamer set (1/2" to 1 1/2" dia) for $64 with the 20% coupon and it is working fine to produce the "just right" fit for my pins.
