Done built me a spray rig!!!!

I have 15 gallon 12 volt hand spray rig which I bought at a local TSC/ Cenral tractor place.It worked good for spraying around the house/bnarn etc. When I tried to spray /burn-off a few 1-2 acre fields it was a disaster.

Thus I went out and bought 6 spray tips, 3/8 AG tubing and 10 foot of Schedule 80 gray PVC pipe. Rigged her up and was able to turn the road in front of the house a wet color. It covered approximately a 10 foot path and I calculated that I can do almost 1 to 1 1/2 acres just using a 15 gallon tank.

I will be taking the "RIG" up to the farm this weekend and try it out with some round-up . Hope the weather didn't get too cold for the round-up to work

Maybe TBN can sponsor a discounted special on inexpensive digital cameras that take pictures less than 100K. Such a camera would be pretty inexpensive. Then everyone when the register can be encourage to buy one and share their experiences in digital video.

There are digital cameras available at Wally World for under $20. Of course they use bmp format, so you'd need an editor to convert the pics.

There is an inexpensive polaroid for about 30 bucks from wallmart.. and it saves in jpg format... has a low res option I believe.

There are also some oher ones there.. and a couiple at kmart.. small ones.. like 20-30 bucks.. One is about the size of a computer mouse.. holds about 10 pics.. low res.. etc.. plugs into serial port.. etc.

Mama's back from Florida and brought the camera back in one piece. Only problem is Me /mama /camera are in Maryland and the spray rig is back up at farm in Pa. Should be heading back up there next week-end to start winterizing everything and hopefully I can take some pictures of the spray rig

BTW it worked excellent , it sprayed out all 15 gallons of round up. The last 2or 3 gallons foamed up a lot and the pump stutters when it starts suckin foam,but she worked great
Hopefully we will see that the grass in the pasture is starting to burn-down by the time we make it back up there
