And the tractor owner didn't learn a thing. Part of the issue is driving around with the loader arms all the way up raising the center of gravity making it more likely to tip over on uneven ground. And then get a second tractor to pull it home with the loader arms up all the way just like what caused the original accident.

That's how we have to legally drive with a loader tractor on the road in most Europe. Loader up and high for visibility purposes and safety when approaching crosswalks, crossings or roundabouts. Technically he should have the tines pointed down but that's a really old loader which won't dump very much.

That tiny loader on that big and heavy of the tractor is not an issue at all and didn't cause the accident. The guy just had a mishap and drive out of the road. The rest is history. It's says in the description of the video.

Nice recovery job. Too bad they didn't just lift it on to a flatbed or trailer, to get it "home" for repair.

A couple things I noticed...many of the recovery team are younger people and very professional, spill abatement was nicely done. Good grab getting the center of gravity just right and not causing more damage to the tractor.

Works fir the EU but not here. I'll rake a 3 or 4 axle rotator any day.
