DR Trimmer

Hi,
I have a DR all terrain mower 17 h.p. Kawasaki v-twin.It has a million or so hours on it.It runs great however the clutch that engages the blade is shot.Wondering if anyone has had any experience with these machines.As in getting parts and or ease of serviceability.It seems I can't find any parts or service info online except for the DR website.I would assume other manufacturers would use like parts.Any help would be greatly appreciated..

I have a bunch of DR power equip. inc. the 15hp -Kawa engine on the same machine. Call DR factory store at: 866-977-1200, or 802-877-1200 x # 1136 and ask them for an owner's manual and parts availability for your serial number machine. They are good at taking care of their equipment.

Agreed, they have incredibly good customer service. I have the same machine that I broke the "Lollipop" on (the pivot that holds the attachments). The customer service rep recommended a local welder that could fix it up for me good as new rather than try to sell me a $180.00 part.

i broke a belt on a dr trimmer called the 800 number and they gave me the replacement part number so i could pick it up at a local shop. Every time i call they are very helpful.
