You can plug a gauge into on of those ports, then operate the lever that energizes that port to take the reading. You are effectively "deadheading" the pump to see the PRV is set at. You won't have to find the test port since you have those remotes.
There are a least two pumps, on is usually just for the steering, and the other is for everything else.
Maybe you should inquire about the price of a service manual, they are usually less than $100.
