Well, if he wasn't trying to prove a point and just said Super Glue, Dragon would probably recognize that without any issues.

Just for fun I spoke a text into my Android that uses the same Nuance technology as Dragon. I pronounced alpha-cyanoacrylate. This is what it came up with.

I have Dragon. Really like it. We used to use digital dictation recorders, and had a web based transcription service. The cost of the Dragon license was less, so...

If you train it at set up, it's pretty accurate. The more you use it, the more accurate it becomes. It still makes some errors, but over all, a good product. For the volume of documents we handle, it's a useful tool. It works directly with Word, among other applications, so you can dicatate directly into your document-you don't have to cut and paste for a word pad like some other applications.
