i have a ford 1700 4x4 tractor,i want to drain my hydraulics, there is a bolt under the axle that holds the oil,but i dont think its use to drain the hydraulics, there is one for the transmition,i hate to take it off and its not the hydraulics, does anybody have a picture that would help me?

On 99% of tractors the transmission is the hydraulic sump. So hydraulic fluid is the transmission fluid. Often drains in multiple places to get various low spots like final drives on the rear axle in addition to the main drain.

A Screen Filter is not a Pump.

What are you trying to achieve? Routine servicing oil & filter change? Or do you have a hydraulic problem?

Screens are cleanable. Filters are replaced.
Drain the oil before you pull the screen.
15/16" is a big bolt for holding a screen.
Can you post pics (and do you have a 'full stop' key)?

The description fits the symptoms of a partially blocked suction screen. You should not need an Impact Gun to remove the Suction screen on any tractor.
Drain both Trans and Rear axle. Inspect the oil for water ('Creamy/Milky' colour?) and 'Glitter'. Also, check the screen for metal debris .

A "Full Stop" (You may call it a "Period" ?) divides your writing into coherent 'sentences'. <There's one!

The oil dribbling in the bottom of your container is a pretty ugly colour. So is the screen. How clean did you get it?
