I just received the EZ Mover advertised here at TBN, and bolted it to a 22 dollar drawbar from TSC.
It's more than I really wanted to pay, but I don't have a welder, nor could I use it if I had one... So I figured by the time I bought the steel and had it fabricated, I could have the EZ Mover shipped to my house in two days.
