I'm trying to mount a drawbar on the underside of my Ford 640. It seems like a pretty straightforward operation, but there is some kind of flange around the PTO shaft that is in the way. Has anyone else run into this? Not sure what the flange does but it looks factory, and is heavily bolted on. Any ideas?
