Guys! Don't get me wrong on this. I am not in favor of government regulations, and I prefer to live my own life on the risky side. If my personal choice is to enjoy life's experiences unemcumbered by things such as ROPS, helmets, and seatbelts then that's my own decision and nobody else's. To me, avoiding injury means being aware of the danger....not avoiding danger altogether. For some people, avoiding the danger is also avoiding the fun.
What I am saying is that the danger from pulling with a 3pt drawbar without a top link is hard to visualize until you put some time into thinking about the physics. And also when the rotation does happen, the speed is faster than most reaction times.
