I've been thinking...Would it be possible for a manufacture to make a piece of equipment in the 100hp range with: the cab and PTO of a tractor + the loader and hydraulic capacity of a skid steer + the seat and backhoe of a backhoe/loader? I guess that equals a TLB on steroids...

An industrial backhoe has everything you mention except a PTO shaft. It does have enough hydraulic horsepower to run machinery.

You would not have a cab per say but I think there is a market for something in the 80 Hp range that was basically a Skid Steer but with a rear 3 point hitch and a pto shaft. Make it so the lower lift arms completely store vertically so they are out of the way when not in use.
