Not a problem. Stress flow around holes is well documented in engineering books. The loader frame is soft ductile steel with huge design margin. You are right to ask if there would be a negative impact. The answer is yes - but it is too small to measure. If you drilled a 3" diameter hole for your custom exhaust, that would be different.
