I've had the smaller one for about 5 years, easy to use, works great.
I just did a search on Youtube and came up with a bunch of results. This guy makes it look pretty easy.If you had someone to show you how, you'd pick it up in a couple minutes.![]()
Seems as this is becoming a lost art just like putting a logger's splice in wire rope.
travis I had to smile when reading this post! Can't tell you how many bits I've sharpened by locking the trigger on a 9 inch grinder, and standing on it with one foot.I work in the field and don't have room for the DD so I just use my 4 1/2 in grinder with a 36 grit sanding disc. This has worked prety good for the last 30 years I guess I'm just a old fat fart set in my ways. I use 1/8 and 3/16 bits most of the time.
