With 2 feet of cover, properly compacted, you could drive a 747 airplane over it without damage. The crushed stone will lock together and be more like concrete when compacted.
I dont recall you mentioning the thickness of the pipe, but anything over schedule 20 should not have an issue with stone damage. When calculating pressure on buried objects, you figure the area like it is a cone with 45 degree side. So at 2 feet deep, you have what ever pressure that is exerted on top spread out over a 2 foot circle at the bottom.
