Drunk tractor driver charged

Over here a law going back to 1872 makes it an offence to be drunk in charge of a carriage, a horse, a cow or a steam engine.

More recent laws cover things with engines.

When a friend of mine was on embassy duty in a country that we shall not name.... he got stopped riding a bicycle drunk.. Until he flashed that diplomatic passport...

It was in Europe though......
