Tire Selection Duals for JD 5100e ??? Is there enough benefit in my situation?

I've thought about these tires, but haven't really seen them used here in the States very much. I like the wide front and back tires I see on most European tractors... at least I like the idea of more flotation with less compaction. I've never seen them here, however. The tires on the rims are straight up R1s from JD.

Where can I find information about wider tires here in the US? I probably won't do it now, but when it is just farm maintanence and mowing, they might be just the ticket?

What is the price premium % compared to usual R1s?

it is very common to convert to wide body tires in USA, most all large FWA and 4x4 tractors all go to wide body super singles. Not to many sites have the information simply because its hard to convey "how to" easily for consumers to grasp the ideal.
