duals on front wheel drive

Never saw duals on the front wheel drive of a non articulated tractor before. Must be hard on the cv joints

Also duals on the front without articulation would make for a huge turning radius since you couldn't turn the front wheels very far before reaching the limit stops.

Duals on the front of large 2wd's is quite common and has been done since the 80's that I know of. Also, turning isn't a problem as the tractors are designed now to account for it. That is why there are slight indentations into the tractor to allow the tires to turn farther. NH has the supersteer option on the new TG's which is the same tractor as the MX that was posted.

Great pic, Robert. It's my understanding Case does not have the supersteer option. Any one know how much it impacts the turning radius?

The Case MX line has a turning radius of 17.4' with no brakes. The front duals really do not impact turning since the inside wheel can only turn so far no matter if it has a dual on it or not. The JD 8520 has a turning radius of 19.4'. I do not have the new lit on the NH TG but it should be the same at the MX line if not better on the standard axel.
