Its worth noting that there are lighter forks out there. You don't need the 4,000 lb capacity of the skidsteer ones. The new EA forks are made for tractors, not skidsteers. Same with their wicked grapples. I like that about them. My dealership (I say "my", but I bought my tractor AND snowblower on CL) has a set of forks for $540, which is hard to beat. If they are Titan mfg'd, I'll have to think twice, but the EA ones are my second choice for sure.
Anyway, a long-winded explanation of needing tractor forks, not skidsteer forks, despite us "all" having the SSQA, which has skidsteer right in the name...
