Creekbend, Not to be offensive, BUT, I have been severly Cheated on E-ba- twice... Both times it was becaused I violated this simple rule, certified check only??...I do hope you find the Funds...I was asked by son to contribute to his son's 501 fund for college. Thanks for the info. I don't think any of us was aware of it being a scam. Especially since there was another THREAD about the same incident a few days back. I, for you, have known about the unscrupulous tactics and crimes that have originated from that infamous African Nation since the 70's. The crime syndicates from that Country have also successfully implemented methods to convince unwary citizens to reveal their personal info such as banking, phone number, e-mail account;etc. The major Networks usually have a documentary on the subject annually. We were only joking with CHOPPED--I know that I was. My only concern is if he can handle the heartache from learning the truth.
