I have had this machine for about 4-5 years now, purchased with less than 1000 hrs from a rental yard. Been a good around the place machine but several cylinders began leaking. and the gear pump was acting up so local mechanic sent it off to a pump supply ( badly worn) and they were able to match it. Unfortunately after the cylinder seals were replaced, ( some of the seals had dissolved and I am sure the debris is in the system somewhere) the hydrostatic drive became inop. When cold I can barely move the machine, and when warmed up won't move at all, just a jerky kick in/out sort of action. The mechanic has many very big customers so have been waiting 2 months for him to stop by again, keeps promising. Hydraulics work great now BTW.
I suspect debris of the seals and the bad pump are somewhere blocking fluid to the axial pump which , but am frankly not sure where to look. I think there are some spool valves on the axial pump, but don't know how to take them out without screwing something up. The operators and parts manuals are no use to me or the mechanic.
Oh, the safety circuit appears to have been disabled before I bought it.
Anyone with similar issues?
