Buying Advice Earth Force ef300 or type of machine?

I've been looking for a used smaller Back/loader machine and stumbled upon these E.F. 300 and or Ingersoll BL275 ...My questions are has anybody had any exp. with these machines and are parts avail.My uses would be snow removal and landscaping an old run down house that needs a lot of cleaning up.

I've seen a couple of the Bobcat models (similar design) around but they aren't that popular. Might be decent machines but seems like they never really caught on.

Have you looked at the Kubota backhoes? If you are looking for a used machine the B21, L35, and L48 were all very good units. Any of those should be capable of the work you are planning.
