Ease of adding a front snowblower?

I think we are saying the same thing... Additional plumbing to make the existing hydraulics behave more like a 3pt.

I dont think that it is to make it act like a 3 point, looking at the diagram posted by moship, my bet would be that it acts like a pressure relief valve making sure that there is no more than X PSI of down pressure and the accumulator gives the fluid from the rod side of the lift cylinder somewhere to go when you hit a high spot with the blower, then pushing it back down as soon as you are off of the high spot.
