I've seen the" easy change system" advertised on the home page and would like to know from users what they think about it.
Thanks,
Geert

Best thing I ever bought for myself.

The local Catholic school principle also sent home a thank you letter with my daughter shortly after I installed the easy change. Seems that my voice echos over the hills around here and when I get frustrated trying to put on a heavy implement the local school kids learn some new words . . . or at least learn new ways to string together words they aready know. Well all that swearing stopped when I installed Pat's system.

Then there was the local emergency room staff who sent a my wife a sympathy card after I installed Pat's easy change. Apparently they thought I must have been crushed and died under an implement because I hadn't been into to get stitches, a cast or tetnus shots in a few weeks.

Pat's Easy Change has reduuced my cursing quite a bit.
It's a heck of a lot easier to hook up the rear blade or rotary cutter.
I never had much problem with the finishing mower (4 caster wheels), but the rotary cutter was always a 20 minute operation levering it around to mate with the lower links.
Now...maybe a minute or two and a lot less agravation.

I reccomend Pat's Easy Change 100%!

Now, that may, or may not require a new PTO shaft...depending on how much overlap you have in the shafts.

Should be called "Pat's stress, blood pressure and back pain reliever" /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Tarrak,

I liked it a lot on the BX 2200. The lift arms on that machine were a little short, and the Pat's system gave them some much needed reach. I do not like it on the B7610 because it seems to me that the added length makes the implements stick out TOO far. That's probably more a perception issue than anything else.

Best regards.

It should be a "required" purchase for almost anyone who uses more than one implement and even for someone with only one that gets removed once in awhile! I'm SO pleased with it that I'm only sorry it wasn't available years earlier.

BTW, I like it, too... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'd bet that everyone on site that has the easy change will agree: The only way I'd be without the Easy Change is if you PRY IT FROM MY COLD DEAD FINGERS. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I use to dread (see above posts relating to profanity/injuries)removing/attaching my 1 and only rear implement before I got Pat's system so it would stay on the tractor all the time. This reduced the utility of the tractor somewhat.

After Pat's, it is on and off all the time. 1-2 minutes to hook/unhook max. No injuries. No profanity, so I might get into the pearly gates yet. Other than the tractor iteself, it is the best money that I have spent.

At one point I was looking for a quick hitch. I got tired of waiting for a particular hitch to be produced. Looking back, this is a better (and cheaper) system because it will fit more implements without having to resort to welding adjustments to complete the implement-tractor attachment.

Thanks to all of you who responded. It's clear to me that this is a must have and that the item seems to be better and simpler than any other system on the market.
