I think I know what you will be getting next. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif Sure does make a difference when working with our compacts and then moving to something bigger. Don't get me wrong everything has it's place for sure.
The local daycare center is getting ready to install some new fencing and playground equipment so I have been helping out. There was a ton of brush to clear along the old fence line and several old stumps. I have been using my L3010 for a lot of the work and last weekend I used a mini-excavator that was perfect for most of the other cleanup but I still had several stumps that were just too big. I got the mini-excavator through my neighbor that works at the CAT dealer because I really didn't want a monster machine chewing up all the turf......OH well just need more tractor time to fix that up now.
There is a used equipment dealer about 1/4 mile from the daycare center and they sent the big machine over today. It was surprisingly easy to operate. The controls worked exactly the same as the little CAT. The best part is I didn't crush any cars or put any holes in the building.
Sure /w3tcompact/icons/love.gif to have one of those and even look into purchase one,but the treasure{wife} keeps /w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif so I rent when need be. /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif
