Im not good at explaining things ask my wife" but there is 2 bolts that hold pump on can not get 2 back bolt can get front but not the other so I would like to put elec. pump on permanent right now I have it gravity fed which found out soundguy is right doesn't work good at all. would like oem but cant get to bolt

if you can't get it.. and need the tractor, and as you found out gravity is not good on them 3 cyl jobs.. then get that low psi electric. mount and plumb it and you should be good. if it is adjustable.. start on the low side. 2-4 psi..

I can get 2.5 to 4 psi in line for $49. on ebay

whatever works.. if that is cheaper than napa.. go for it. .. plumb and wire and go.

i'm not proud of it.. but i have had to do similar. we had a chipper at work.. the kind you feed tree limbs into and it choips them. was run by an old ford industrial engine with a mechanical fuel pump that bit the dust on a job one day. quick est fix to get back to work was to bypass the pump and the old filter head and toss on an electric and an inline lawnmower style filter. got up and running in under an hour. Had planned on fixing her right.. but we ended up selling the chipper after that job to someone who wanted it way more than we did.
