Thanks for the link. The school must have a really dedicated shop teacher (or teachers). I can only wish that the high school "shop class" I took way back in the day had been as interesting and educational.

GE and New Idea made factory electrics for the landscaping crowd, but nothing *that* large.

Photo of our electric tractor is included, 1972 GE Elec-Trak E-12 with impliments. We also have a snow bolwer (don't need it in TX tho), edger, string trimmer, cross-cut trimmer, drill and hedge trimmer not in the photo.
